Love...Pain...Relevations...Decisions...Loss...Changes

Five words that describe the season 2 finale of Grey's Anatomy. Awesome acting, writing and cliffhanger ending (I really dread this kind of endings). But, overall the finale was really good and alot of character revelation in it which makes it all the more interesting. Never did think I was gonna get hooked on (thanx to the Gambar Court residents...hahahahah) but the series has really good storylines that sometimes challenges your opinions. I know...it might seem pretty far-fetched for a medical drama but u gotta check it out for yourself.

Moving on, me, Li-Na and a group of friends manage to secure tickets to supposedly 'the most anticipated movie of the year' which opened on 18th May 2006. Any guesses? Yup, the Davinci Code. Overall, was quite disappointed with the movie. With all the hype and controversy surrounding it, I expected more. Although I haven't read the novel yet, most people who have told me the movie pales in comparison to the book. But, I gotta admit three things which will save this rather dismal movie is Paul Bettany, Sir Ian McKellen & the amazing locations. Paul Bettany was perfectly cast as Silas the killer monk and Ian McKellen was hilarious and redeemed the show as Leigh Teabing. What can I say about the locations...the ancient buildings and monuments were really amazing and a sight to behold. Nevertheless, the ending was abrupt and different from the book as well.

1 movie down...5 more to go!!! 25th May 2006 is the movie which I've been waiting for since last year! For me, its the most anticipated movie since it will be the final chapter. X-Men 3: The Last Stand!!! I really hope Brent Ratner (the director) doesn't ruin this third part as the trailer looks really fantastic! Anyway...here's my 6 must-watch movie list this coming two months:

1. X-Men 3
2. Superman Returns
3. DaVinci Code
4. Pirates of the Carribbean 2
5. Cars
6. Lady in the Water
