Something hilarious happened today...I was just about to see this client and the receptionist asked me which guy cause there is 3 people with the same name. I was like...crap man! Only know his first name...don't know his surname. Took my chances with the first name the receptionist uttered and told him "I think that's him". Worst case, I haven't even met him before. So, can only rely on the phone conversation I had with him this morning and tryin to recognize how he sounds like (although honestly, I seriously couldn't recognize his voice). When the first guy came out, and he spoked...somehow knew it wasn't him as he sounded quite different. I apologized to him and the receptionist for the confusion. I asked her for the second guy and thankfully, it was the right person. Whew! That was close...must remind myself to always ask for surname next time!!!!
