The long awaited American Idol finale is here!!! Just watched it about 10 mins ago....still a little disappointed though that Elliot was out. I thought he deserves it the most and plus, he has the best voice. Just not maximizing his full potential and voice. Anyways, it was a showdown between Katharine McPhee and Taylor Hicks. They both had their good and bad moments though...kinda off a tied moment (unlike previous Idol finales whereby one person usually outshines the other). First time in American Idol history, the top two sang different winner's song. However, I personally thought both of the songs w
ere rather bland and the arrangement quite horrible actually. Last season's song was much better I felt. My money's on Taylor Hicks to win though...he's unique, more of a performer than Katharine and overall, he did better in the finale. Nonetheless...the best performance of the night belong to Daniel Powter with Bad Day! That guy can really sing and he was definitely the best of the night!!!

I like Chris. I thought he will be the winner. Anyway, I think Taylor might win. Who knows! Last year I prefer Bo Bice. You had mention something about watching movies. U should watch Da Vinci Code.
