Gym

Lately, I've been hitting the gym. Quite frequently (going 3 times a week), thanks to Isaiah's generosity in giving me his 2 1/2 month free pass at Celebrity Fitness (really appreciate it dude). It's been a year since I hit the gym (the last time was in Perth). So, it feels good to start hitting the threadmill, lifting weights and going for the classes in my bid to be more healthy and get more muscles (since I'm being bombarded by comments of too much weight loss).

I like the adrenaline, the rush and the push of your body's strengths to the max. Plus, it's a great de-stressing mechanism after a long day at work. Seriously considering joining full-time now. But, will probably decide later on. On another note, Happy Birthday to one of my closest friends ever, Pat. (His birthday was on 24th). So sorry can't be there to celebrate with you. Thanks for all the support and catching-up. You are truly a blessing from God. Have a good one!
